抹茶のパンが急に食べたくなるときがありませんか?

Material

Bread flour  300 g 

Dry yeast   6 g

Butter    40 g

Milk     200 ml

Salt     3 g

Japanese Green tea Matcha  8 g

Honey    50g

Egg yolk   1 (polish)

 

How to make bread

 

 

今回の抹茶は、八女の抹茶を使用。

 

 

1.      Mix Bread flour, baking powder, salt, green tea-Matcha and honey into the bowl.

2.      Mix the milk several times and mix until the seeds are one.

5.      Shape and lap and ferment for about 40 minutes at room temperature of 30 ℃. (Primary fermentation) Bulges from 2 to 3 times.

6.      After getting the air out of bread, shape it round. (We will make the surface as smooth as possible.

7.     Include moisture and cover with a firmly squeezed cloth for 10 minutes to prevent drying.

 

8.      Put the oven sheet on the iron plate, arrange the bread in a baked shape and arrange it. (In order to expand further in the future fermentation, arrange them at intervals.)
